Edonistas is a small, opinionated guide to travel, food, and good stays — built for people who’d rather do three things well than ten things half-heartedly.
We started this site because most travel content online falls into two camps: generic listicles stitched together from other listicles, or sponsored content dressed up as advice. Neither actually helps you decide where to go, what to eat, or where to sleep. Edonistas exists to be the alternative — specific, practical guidance grounded in real research and firsthand knowledge of the destinations we cover.
Every article on this site is built around a simple standard: would this actually help someone plan a trip, choose a restaurant, or pick a hotel? If a piece of advice is too vague to act on, we cut it. We’d rather publish fewer, better guides than pad the site with filler.
We cover three areas:
- Travel — destination guides, seasonal advice, and practical trip planning
- Food — where and what to eat, from street food to sit-down spots
- Hotels — honest takes on where to stay and what to expect
